1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and(“Cybrix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). They govern your access to the Cybrix mobile application, website, subscriptions, VPN connectivity, security tools, and support services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, purchasing, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use Cybrix for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and meet the minimum digital-consent age in your location. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms where required.

You are responsible for safeguarding your device, marketplace account, subscription credentials, and any access codes associated with the Services. Notify us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your installation unless applicable law provides otherwise.

3. Limited license

Subject to these Terms, Cybrix grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control, solely for lawful personal or authorized internal-business security purposes.

The Services are licensed, not sold. Except where applicable law expressly permits it, you may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to extract source code, bypass technical restrictions, remove ownership notices, or create derivative works from any part of Cybrix.

4. Security information and feature limitations

Cybrix provides automated scans, configuration guidance, Web Shield, VPN functionality, monitoring tools, and other security-related features. Results are based on the signals available to the application at the time of analysis. A “safe,” “protected,” “high,” or similar status does not mean that a device, identity, connection, or account is immune from every vulnerability, attack, data loss, or unauthorized access.

You remain responsible for using strong credentials, installing operating-system updates, maintaining backups, reviewing permission requests, and exercising reasonable care when opening files or visiting websites. Cybrix is not a substitute for emergency services, professional incident response, legal advice, or a complete enterprise-security program.

VPN and network features

VPN performance depends on your device, location, internet provider, selected server, and third-party infrastructure. A VPN may affect speed, availability, battery use, or access to region-specific services. You must not use the VPN to conceal illegal activity, violate third-party rights, interfere with networks, or avoid lawful restrictions.

Web Shield and threat intelligence

Threat classifications may change and may occasionally produce false positives or fail to identify a newly created threat. You are responsible for deciding whether to proceed when Cybrix displays a warning. We may update security rules automatically to respond to evolving threats.

5. Subscriptions, trials, and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, duration, included features, trial terms, and billing frequency are displayed before purchase. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew for the same period until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, subject to the rules of the marketplace where you purchased them.

Payments and refunds for App Store purchases are processed under Apple’s applicable payment and refund policies. Cybrix cannot directly cancel a store-managed subscription on your behalf. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel through your device’s subscription settings.

We may change future subscription prices or feature packages. When required, we will provide advance notice and request any consent required by the marketplace or applicable law. Taxes may be added depending on your location.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited conduct includes using Cybrix to break the law; distribute malware; perform unauthorized scanning or surveillance; attack, probe, overload, or disrupt another system; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; impersonate another person; evade sanctions or export restrictions; resell consumer access without permission; interfere with security controls; or use automated methods to extract data from the Services.

You may use security features only on devices, accounts, systems, and networks that you own or are authorized to protect. We may investigate suspected abuse and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, infrastructure, or third parties.

7. Intellectual property

Cybrix and its licensors own the Services, including software, visual design, text, trademarks, icons, databases, security rules, and other content, excluding material that you provide. These Terms do not grant you ownership of any Cybrix intellectual property or permission to use our branding except as necessary to identify the Services.

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve and develop the Services without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of personal information, which remains governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party services and app stores

The Services may interact with app stores, operating-system settings, websites, networks, threat-information providers, and other third-party services. We do not control third-party terms, content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own agreements.

If you downloaded Cybrix through Apple’s App Store, these Terms are between you and Cybrix, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. To the extent required by Apple’s minimum terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the relevant provisions against you.

9. Updates and availability

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, respond to law, address technical limitations, or adapt the Services. Updates may be required for continued use, and older versions may stop functioning. We do not promise that every feature will be available on every device, operating-system version, language, or location.

Maintenance, internet failures, emergencies, third-party outages, and events outside our reasonable control may temporarily interrupt access. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Cybrix disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the Services will detect, block, or remediate every threat, operate without interruption, or be completely error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions. In those locations, the exclusions apply only to the extent legally permitted, and you may have additional statutory rights.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cybrix and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, business opportunity, or access arising from or related to the Services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Cybrix during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $50. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited, including certain liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or personal injury.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Cybrix harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Cybrix.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Subscription cancellation takes effect under the rules presented by the marketplace. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the Services in a way that could harm users or infrastructure.

Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the affected Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute provisions, and accrued payment obligations—will remain effective.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in will have jurisdiction, unless consumer-protection law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Cybrix agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written description of the issue and requested resolution. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief or using a small-claims procedure where eligible.

15. General provisions

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or transfer of the Services.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any purchase terms displayed to you form the entire agreement regarding the Services. We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material updates will receive notice where required, and the revised effective date will appear above.
